Jason Lee joined The Groom Law Group in 2006.  His practice focuses on compliance issues surrounding ERISA Title I.  He also works with Groom’s benefits-related litigation group.  Groom’s capacity to work on even the most complicated employee benefits matters appeals to Jason, and he enjoys being part of a team that includes some of the most recognized experts in the field.

Jason brings with him experience gained as the law clerk to the Honorable James E. Massey of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Northern District of Georgia.  Of particular relevance to Jason's current practice, is the experience gained in statutory construction. 

Jason graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in May 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.

Outside the office, Jason enjoys soccer and running. He is fluent in Korean.

Jason Lee is admitted to practice in the state of New York and the District of Columbia.
