Brigen Winters participated in the "Pensions & Retirement Conference: Redefining & Reinventing Retirement- The Primacy Shift" held in New York, NY, November 6-7, 2006.  He served as the panelist for the session entitled, "Coming of Age- Are Deferred Compensation Plans Striking Out on their Own?"  The seminar was sponsored by The Conference Board.
