Chris Keller was quoted in the Health Care Policy section of Pensions & Benefits.  The article, "Employers Complying With Bay City Law, While Awaiting Outcome of Preemption Case" was published March 11, 2008.  Our Health and Welfare practice group held a dial-in discussing ERISA preemption and fair share/ pay or play laws, with particular focus on the San Francisco Health Care Security Ordinance.
