Lou Mazawey and Brigen Winters will participate in the Tax Executives Institute's 43rd Annual Tax Symposium in New York, NY on December 6, 2006.  They will serve as the panelists for the session entitled, "Employee Benefit Update: Pension Protection Act of 2006 and Section 409A." 

The symposium is an excellent opportunity to hear prominent tax experts address the emerging issues affecting corporate tax departments with morning breakout sessions for State, Federal and International Tax issues plus special afternoon programming.
