J. Matthew Calloway is an associate whose practice focuses on ERISA's fiduciary responsibility and prohibited transaction provisions.  In his practice, Mr. Calloway has advised both pension and welfare plan clients on compliance with Title I of ERISA.  He has negotiated contracts on behalf of plans and service providers, helped financial institutions structure products and services, and assisted clients in obtaining guidance and responding to inquiries from the Department of Labor.  Mr. Calloway began his career as an attorney in the Honors Program of the Office of the Solicitor at the Department of Labor.
