Michael J. Prame is a principal at Groom Law Group and chairs Groom's Litigation Practice Group.  Mr. Prame represents plan sponsors, administrators and trustees in fiduciary litigation and executive compensation lawsuits.  He also represents recordkeepers, actuaries, benefit consultants and other plan professionals in litigation and regulatory investigations related to the services they perform for plan sponsors and administrators.  Mr. Prame has extensive experience in class actions and multi-party litigation.  In addition to his litigation practice, he counsels clients with respect to retiree health issues, employee benefit issues arising in bankruptcy, and ERISA compliance issues.
