Thomas F. Fitzgerald specializes in various aspects of employee benefits law, particularly health care and litigation matters. He is a frequent speaker on a variety of ERISA and health law issues, ranging from managed care and alternative delivery systems to the extraterritoriality of state-mandated benefit and provider laws.
