Katy S. Kamen joined the firm in 2002, coming from a large New York law firm where she was a member of the employee benefits/ERISA and insurance groups.  Her practice focuses on ERISA Title I and litigation, and Ms. Kamen has also worked extensively on state insurance regulatory matters, having advised insurers with respect to policy coverage disputes and a variety of regulatory matters and having assisted in the representation of insurers in state regulatory approval hearings.
