Will Wilder is an associate in the Litigation and Health and Welfare groups at Groom Law Group. Mr. Wilder concentrates his practice in litigation on behalf of ERISA plans and insurers. He also advises employers, insurers and plan administrators on certain health and welfare matters. In addition to serving his clients well, Mr. Wilder is committed to serving his community. He currently serves as a mentor to D.C. youth, and also serves on the Steering Committee for the Institute of Responsible Citizenship's Young Benefactors Group, an organization founded to engage young professionals to support the Institute of Responsible Citizenship's mission of preparing high achieving African-American men for successful careers in business, law, government, public service, education, journalism, the sciences, medicine, ministry and the arts.
During his time at The George Washington University Law School, Mr. Wilder was a Dean’s Fellow and President of the Black Law Students Association. He is the Immediate Past President of the GW Black Law Alumni Association.
Mr. Wilder is also active in the National Bar Association. He currently serves as the Vice Chair of the National Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division.
