Donald G. Willis is an associate in the Health and Welfare practice group.  He advises clients on compliance issues affecting employee welfare benefit plans, including issues concerning ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, Medicare, consumer driven healthcare and state insurance laws.  A portion of his practice is spent drafting plan documents, such as summary plan descriptions, summaries of material modification, and plan amendments.  Mr. Willis also works on plan design issues and tax matters related to employee benefits.
