Jason H. Lee is an associate in the Fiduciary Responsibility and Litigation Groups.  His practice focuses on compliance issues surrounding ERISA Title I as well as ERISA-related litigation.  Mr. Lee has advised clients facing potential agency actions on substantial prohibited transactions and clients defending large class action lawsuits alleging breach of fiduciary duties.  His work has included advising clients on correcting prohibited transactions and on Treasury Regulations on excise taxes.  Mr. Lee has also provided clients with advice on the effect of bankruptcy law on employee benefits issues.
