Jason H. Lee is an associate at Groom Law Group, Chartered.  He focuses on investment, fiduciary, and prohibited transaction issues under Title I of ERISA.  He has advised clients on the investment of plan assets in collective vehicles, private investment funds, and managed accounts, and has regularly negotiated investment management agreements and side letters.  Mr. Lee has handled large prohibited transaction correction projects and has advised clients on pension excise tax issues.  He also has experience with ERISA class action lawsuits and employee benefits issues in bankruptcy.
