Julia E. Zuckerman practices in the field of employee benefits litigation. Her experience includes employer stock, benefit claims, and health care litigation.  Ms. Zuckerman practices before state and federal courts throughout the country, and has been involved in all aspects of litigation—including pretrial discovery, motion practice, pretrial preparation, case resolution, and arbitration.  Prior to joining Groom, Ms. Zuckerman was counsel at the National Labor Relations Board, where she worked in the Office of Representation Appeals.
