Kimberly M. Dahm worked in Human Resources before attending law school, where she had a lot of exposure to the world of employee benefits.  Although Ms. Dahm enjoyed the work, she wanted to be involved earlier in the process and to be able to help employers avoid problems with benefits so that they could offer the best options, instead of spending most of her time explaining the benefits to employees.  Ms. Dahm knew that when she went to law school, that Employee Benefits was the area of law on which she wished to focus. 

Currently Ms. Dahm’s practice focuses on communication with clients through written memorandums to answer their questions.  She also contributes many articles to Groom’s publications including the monthly QP newsletter, InsWorld and IRAlert.
