Kara M. Soderstrom is an associate in the Plan Design and Taxation practice at Groom Law Group.  Ms. Soderstrom’s practice includes a broad array of issues relating to pension plans, profit-sharing plans, 401(k) plans, and nonqualified deferred compensation.  Ms. Soderstrom also works with tax-exempt organizations on a variety of matters including receiving and maintaining tax-exempt status.  While in law school at Georgetown, Ms. Soderstrom had her Note on the topic of tax procedure published in The Tax Lawyer, and was a Notes & Comments editor for that publication.  Ms. Soderstrom was previously a summer associate and law clerk with the firm.
