Dionne M. Benjamin is an associate in the Plan Design and Taxation practice at Groom Law Group.  Her practice allows her to work with various corporations, non-profits, and multiemployer plans to determine how they should structure their employee benefit offerings within the confines of ERISA and IRS regulations.  

Ms. Benjamin also works in the Litigation practice group where she provides research assistance and document drafting for senior counsel.  Ms. Benjamin was previously a summer associate with the firm.
