Kevin L. Walsh is an associate in the Health & Welfare and Title I groups at Groom Law Group.  He has focused primarily on helping clients navigate health care reform.  He maintained summaries of the various pieces of legislation which led to reform, has explained to clients the potential impact of various provisions and regulations, and has aided clients in their efforts to comply.

Mr. Walsh graduated from Georgetown University with a major in Government.  At Georgetown, he was captain and MVP of the men’s swim team.  After college, he worked in the U.S. House of Representatives, first with the Committee on Financial Services and later as a legislative assistant for Congressman Michael Oxley.  While in law school at the University of Virginia, he was an editor for the Virginia Journal of International Law.  Prior to joining Groom, Mr. Walsh was a law clerk for Judge D. Michael Fisher of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
