Will Wilder was drawn to the law by its power to positively affect people’s lives.

“The fact that you can utilize the law to make a difference in someone's life, whether through civil rights, employee benefits or the vast other areas of law, truly amazes me,” says Will.  

Given that perspective, employee benefits law was a logical choice for Will.

“We live in a time where employee benefits, particularly healthcare and pension plans, have been thrust into the limelight,” says Will.  “I was drawn to it because the work you do directly impacts both businesses and their individual employees.”

He sees his work, in part, as guarding businesses against negative legal impact.

“I view litigation as loss mitigation.  My job is to do what is necessary to lessen the amount of loss, if any, my clients will suffer due to litigation, so they can continue to focus on developing their businesses.”
