Jason H. Lee
Initially drawn to law because of his passion for problem solving, Jason Lee views his work as both exciting and challenging. “I like doing legal analysis because it's analogous to solving math problems,” says Jason. “Both require correct application of rules, in steps, to arrive at an answer.”
Jason also believes that legal answers must be “presented” properly. “Whether you are writing a brief for a court or writing a memo to a client, you must 'show your work' so that the judge or the client could follow your reasoning,” says Jason. “Clients are not well served by lawyers hiding their reasoning, and you could end up missing an important step in the analysis when you focus on writing an answer that 'isn't complicated' for the client to read.”
Outside the office, he enjoys soccer and running. Jason is fluent in Korean.
