Kimberly M. Dahm

A business and finance degree coupled with a master’s degree in Industrial Relations took Kim into the work force, but a lingering ache for the law brought her to George Washington University.  Employee benefits law was the natural path to follow upon completion of her Juris Doctor.

“The world is not black or white - we live in gray.  The same is true of the law.  It isn't simple, it isn't black or white,” says Kim.  “I enjoy the idea of sifting through the complexities and trying to make things simpler for my clients.”

During her collegiate swimming career, Kim learned how to set goals not only for herself, but her teammates as well.  Driven to seek success for all, she learned the valued lesson that giving your best brings out the best in others.  It is these characteristics that she brings to the table when working at Groom, traits that her clients appreciate.

“My clients trust me to handle their business competently, efficiently and ethically,” says Kim.  “The attorney-client relationship is a partnership, and I want them to know I am there for them.”

With Kim, clients know that they will be successful and find positive solutions.
