Tammy joined Groom for the opportunity to focus on ERISA and ERISA compliance. "Employee benefit plans can be complex. One of the prime reasons Tammy enjoys working on employee benefit plans is fact that "the law is constantly changing—sometimes erecting new barriers and often revealing exciting new opportunities for our clients." Facing a new challenge every day is something that Tammy enjoys, "but what makes it really rewarding is that when you assist a client to surmount a new barrier or you guide them through new opportunities, you help them accomplish their goal to provide valuable, and often crucial, benefits to their employees."
