Kevin L. Walsh

As a law student, Kevin wasn't sure what field of law he wanted to pursue, but he knew that he wanted to work in a cutting edge area of law.  While in law school, he continued to follow issues that had gone unsolved during his experience working on the Hill.  Health care and retirement security kept popping up, so Kevin decided to pursue those issues more closely with the hope that he could help address some of the associated challenges.

Kevin has always been interested in competing and being a part of a great team.  From college, where he was captain and MVP of Georgetown's swim team, through law school, where he played water polo, he has always enjoyed working with others to achieve common goals.  When he was evaluating law firms, one criterion was an atmosphere where attorneys collaborated with each other without regard to titles or positions.  Groom was a great fit, and Kevin looks forward to being a part of Groom's team for a long time.
