As an employee benefits attorney, it is a great challenge to help companies provide those tools to their employees.  "Companies want to do right by their employees, but they also have other stakeholders and constraints.  The economy and government regulation can significantly impact how companies can provide retirement benefits.  My goal is to provide practical, efficient solutions to clients.  The more directed and efficient we can make the benefit programs, the better we can help our clients."
