Title II Associate 
Our benefits tax group, which works on a wide variety of matters involving retirement plan and executive compensation plan design and compliance, is seeking to hire an associate with two to four years of relevant experience.  The candidate should have strong academic credentials and a solid background in qualified retirement plan drafting and compliance issues.  

Litigation Associate
Our litigation group is seeking an associate with two to four years of relevant employee benefits or litigation experience.  The associate would represent clients in federal agency investigations, class actions and other litigation matters related to the management and administration of retirement and healthcare plans.  The associate also would work on matters related to clients' retiree health obligations, the funding of single and multiemployer plans, and other pension and health liabilities in connection with bankruptcies, restructurings outside of bankruptcy and corporate transactions.
