Health & Welfare Associate

We are seeking a mid-level employee benefits associate for our Health & Welfare practice group with four to six years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with matters regarding ERISA, HIPAA, plan document drafting, contracting, cafeteria plan/tax rules and legislation.

Plan Design/Taxation and Executive Compensation Associate

Our Plan Design/Taxation and Executive Compensation Groups are seeking to hire a mid-level associate.  The candidate should have good academic credentials and a solid background in qualified retirement plan drafting and compliance issues.  We value collegiality and diversity among our lawyers and seek to make the practice in our firm professionally and personally rewarding.
