Junior Litigation Associate
Our litigation group is seeking a junior associate with one to two years of relevant employee benefits or litigation experience. The associate would represent clients in federal agency investigations, class actions and other litigation matters related to the management and administration of retirement and healthcare plans. The associate may also work on matters related to clients' retiree health obligations, the funding of pension plans, and other pension and health liabilities in connection with bankruptcies, restructurings outside of bankruptcy and corporate transactions.

Associate - ERISA Fiduciary
Groom Law Group, a prominent benefits firm located in Washington, DC, seeks to hire a mid-level (2-4 years) associate to join our expanding Fiduciary practice group. An ideal candidate will possess legal experience working on ERISA fiduciary issues, including, for example, plan investments, fiduciary governance and fee disclosure.
