Dipal Shah's Snapshot of Life at Groom

I really enjoyed working at my first firm out of law school. So, when I began thinking about a transition, I knew that my next firm would have to be as close to a perfect work environment as I could find. I think I've found that with Groom. As an associate, I naturally look for autonomy over my work, opportunities for professional development, and projects that I know are part of a broader legal discourse. Groom has provided me with this environment. Exceptional attorneys, outstanding mentorship, and a cohesive team of associates and partners make it a place that provides an associate with the tools to succeed.
More importantly, I am able to have a full life outside of the workplace. Associates constantly struggle to find that ideal "work/life balance." At Groom, such balance is possible, and partners want you to find it. Yes, everyone expects you to work hard, but no one wants to you to forget why you're working - so you can fully enjoy life!
