Jon Breyfogle was quoted in the Pension & Investments article, "Delay on advice rule may lead to revamp" by Doug Halonen published on January 26, 2009.  Breyfogle commented on the hold on a Bush administration regulation allowing mutual funds to provide direct investment advice to participants in defined contribution plans.
