Lou Mazawey was quoted in the Tax Notes article, "Opacity of Final Pension Plan Notice Regs Troubles Practitioners," by Sam Young published on November 24, 2009.  Lou comments on the final regulations the IRS issued on November 23 to coordinate ERISA section 204(h) notice requirements with requirements of the Pension Protection Act of 2006.
