Lofgren Comments on IRS Extension For PPA Plan Amendments

Mark Lofgren was quoted in the BNA article, "Retirement Plans: Internal Revenue Service Extends Deadline For PPA Plan Amendments to Dec. 31, 2010,"  by Florence Olsen published on December 14, 2009.  He commented on Notice 2009-97, issued by the IRS, which extends the deadline for amending qualified retirement plans for new requirements under the Pension Protection Act of 2006.
