Roberta Ufford Speaks at Public Pension Financial Forum (P2F2)

Roberta Ufford will speak at the Public Pension Financial Forum (P2F2) being held from 0ctober 19-22, 2008 in Mobile, AL.  Roberta will be speaking on October 21st on 'Contracting with Investment Managers'.  This session will discuss the best practices in negotiation and contracting with your plan's investment managers, including performance fee arrangements, acknowledgement of fiduciary status, documenting investments in pooled funds, trade execution policies and soft dollars, and disclosure of conflicts and prohibited interests, including arrangements with finders and solicitors.
