NCACPA 2010 Hot Topic Conference: Employee Benefit Plans

Jenifer Cromwell of Groom Law Group and Diane Marotta of Johnson Lambert were speakers at the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (NCACPA) 2010 Hot Topic Conference on May 24, 2010 in Cary, NC.

More than 150 CPAs and employee benefit professionals came together to attend the day-long conference. The day was filled with useful information, including an update from representatives from the Department of Labor and Employee Benefits Security Administration. Ms. Cromwell and Ms. Marotta spoke on issues in auditing health and welfare plans, health reimbursement arrangements, and cafeteria plans.
