After a nearly year-long process, the House passed the "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act" (H.R. 3590), the health care reform bill passed by the Senate on December 24, 2009, and the President to signed the bill on Tuesday, March 23, 2010.  The attached chart summarizes key provisions the Act in the areas of insurance market reform, the individual and employer mandates, the Exchange provisions, and tax "revenue raisers."  View the Chart
