2010 CBA/IPEBLA Conference: Pensions and Benefits in a Changing Global Environment

David Powell will serve as a speaker at the 2010 CBA/IPEBLA Conference in Quebec on June 21, 2010. His session will discuss the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) pension activities. The program features a number of exciting sessions including a discussion of global developments in private pension regulation, a look at what is driving pension reform, an overview of pension investment structures and a review of bargaining trends in pensions and benefits.
Highlights of the conference will explore many aspects of pension and benefits governance, structure regulation and investment. The broad range of workshops are designed to provide useful and practical information to senior practitioners, regulators, junior lawyers, as well as corporate practitioners and in house counsel.
