ACI ERISA Litigation Conference
October 19, 2009Mike Prame will participate in the American Conference Institute’s ERISA Litigation Forum on October 19, 2009 in New York, NY. He will present on the panel titled, "Employer Stock in Light of the Economic Downturn: Defending Against Stock Drop Suits, 401(k) Fee Cases and Other Defined Contribution Plan Claims."
This premier ERISA litigation conference is devoted entirely to the defense of claims, and will be led by a faculty of 28 in-house counsel, 21 federal judges, and the top outside counsel defense litigators and firms.
