Lobbying and Legislation

Some of our most significant work involves providing proposed language and lobbying for the passage of legislation that affects employee benefit plan funding and benefit payments.  For exampale, we have assisted clients, including industry groups, in obtaining changes in minimum funding requirements and Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) benefit guarantee levels.
