Department of Labor Amends Class Exemptions for Plan Transactions Involving Mutual Fund Shares

On Friday, February 3, 2006, the Department of Labor issued final amendments to two class exemptions commonly used in plan transactions involving the purchase or sale of mutual fund shares.  See the attached report for further details.
