HEART Act of 2008 - Part 2: Cafeteria Plan Issues
June 20, 2008The HEART Act amends Internal Revenue Code and the Social Secutiry Act to provide certain tax benefits and incentives to military personnel. Some of the amendments for elective or mandatory changes to employee benefit plans. This asap will deal with the HEART Act's effect on cafeteria plan issues.
