IRS Issues Additional COBRA Premium Assistance Guidance

Today the Internal Revenue Service released new information regarding the COBRA Premium Assistance Provisions that are part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.  The attached memorandum summarizes these recent developments.  The new guidance is also attached.
