Groom Comments on IRS Pilot Government Plan Questionnaire

Groom Law Group submitted the attached letter to the IRS to provide comments on the Government Plan Survey released in February 2009 and sent to a pilot group of 25 governmental plans. We provide comments on two distinct topics – (1) steps that might be taken prior to the broader distribution of the Survey and (2) steps that might be taken to improve and make the Survey more manageable for governmental plans.
