Health Care Reform Update - June 16, 2009

Last week, the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pension Committee ("HELP Committee") released its draft of health care reform legislation. The bill is unprecedented in scope and is a massive undertaking that would affect public and private markets, employers, individuals, insurers and providers. The attached summary highlights the major provisions of the bill that would impact employer health plans.
