Hannah is a litigation associate at Groom Law Group. Hannah has experience advising clients on various matters, including corporate governance disputes, derivative actions, and breach of fiduciary duties claims.
Prior to joining Groom, Hannah practiced at a boutique law firm in Delaware. Hannah graduated cum laude from American University, Washington College of Law. While attending law school, she served as a judicial intern at the United States District Court for the District of Columbia for Magistrate Judge Robin M. Meriweather. Hannah was also a student attorney for American’s Gender Justice Clinic, where she represented clients in immigration proceedings.
Hannah received her undergraduate degree from Auburn University. Hannah was a member of Auburn’s equestrian team, where she earned First and Second Team All-American honors and won a National Championship.
