2009 SPARK National Conference: Retirement Plans at a Crossroad

Steve Saxon presented a “Washington Update” at the 2009 SPARK National Conference held on June 14th – 16th in Washington, DC. He outlined the major retirement initiatives the Obama Administration and Capitol Hill will be focusing on from a policy and legislative standpoint. He also addressed the major class action litigation affecting plan service provider fees and investments, including the Madoff suits.
