Mr. Hogans worked extensively on the IRC section 409A rules and other executive compensation guidance while at the U.S. Treasury Department and then in private practice at a global law firm. A frequent speaker at national conferences on benefits and executive compensation, Mr. Hogans also focuses on ESOP matters. Mr. Hogans joins an extensive list of attorneys at Groom who have worked at the key federal agencies that regulate benefit plans.
