Employers who successfully navigated the first round of health care reform changes, many of which took effect on January 1, 2011, may be tempted to turn their attention away from health care reform and focus on other priorities for the remainder of the year. However, given the number of requirements that are looming on the horizon, employers would be well advised to stay the course, and take steps now to prepare for 2012 and beyond.
