The article focused on The Retirement Fairness Act (H.R. 4126), introduced in November 2009 by Rep. Lloyd Doggett (D-Texas) that would amend the tax code by tightening the nondiscrimination rules for employers to qualify for tax breaks for offering retirement plans.
