Principal Erin Cho will serve as co-chair of Practising Law Institute’s upcoming program, ERISA 2020: The Evolving World – Part II. The program will be held Wednesday, December 16 as a live webcast and will cover a range of topics, including evolving trends in investment products and service offerings, issues relating to corporate transactions, asset management trends and updates on ERISA litigation.
In a panel titled, “Post-Election: ERISA Regulatory and Legislative Updates,” Cho, along with fellow principal Michael Kreps and others, will provide an update on anticipated effects of the 2020 U.S. Presidential election on retirement plans (and the ERISA practice generally) and other enforcement priorities.
