In this article advocates in the employee benefits community describe what they view as the order’s shortcomings, with Ryan stating, “From a plan sponsor perspective, it’s a fairly big issue. It’s one there’s a lot of visibility on, for employee relations reasons and also because of the cost implications. It’s certainly something that we hear about from our employer clients and that employers think about.”
