Alex Freund ‘s practice focuses on counseling private and public companies and tax-exempt organizations regarding the design, implementation, and administration of nonqualified deferred compensation plans (including traditional deferred compensation plans, supplemental executive retirement plans (SERPs), and “top hat” plans) and equity- and cash-based incentive compensation plans. In addition, his practice includes advising on executive employment and separation agreements.
Prior to joining Groom, Alex worked as an executive compensation and benefits associate at both an AmLaw 10 firm and a regional Chicago-headquartered law firm.
