Partially because we’re a small, specialized firm, and partially because that’s how we structured our business, firm management is present and highly approachable. Our leadership, even at the most senior levels, is always seeking feedback and input on how to improve our culture and working environment.
Despite the highly technical nature of our practice, Groom’s leadership also appreciates the importance of enjoying where you work, what you do, and who you work with. Training & Development
