Barry Warner specializes in health benefits transactions and contracting, with a focus on pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) and information technology agreements.  He regularly represents companies and labor groups of all sizes and PBM coalitions in negotiating their PBM contracts and represents PBMs themselves in other transactions and in governmental audits and investigations.  In information technology, Barry represents organizations in contracting for software, hardware, and services of all kinds and in software and product development transactions.

Barry also represents employers and Taft-Hartley funds in negotiations for health and welfare benefits and services of all types, including contracts with hospitals, physician groups, and insurers and service agreements with carriers and third party administrators that provide the gamut of health and welfare benefit administrative services.

A number of organizations have also retained Barry  to handle all of their contract negotiations as an alternative to hiring an in-house contracting specialist.

Prior to joining Groom, Barry practiced for over twenty years in the New York office of a large international law firm in its healthcare and employee benefits groups.
