Brooke Ingoglia is an associate in Groom’s Litigation practice. She represents plan sponsors, fiduciaries, service providers, and other clients in ERISA and employee benefits litigation, including matters involving fiduciary duties, retirement and health and welfare plans, claims for benefits, plan administration, and government investigations. She has experience across all stages of litigation, including dispositive motions, fact and expert discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
Prior to joining Groom, Brooke practiced at an international law firm, where she focused on ERISA litigation and maintained an active pro bono practice, including federal litigation involving immigration and humanitarian relief.
