Kathryn Panish is an associate in Groom’s litigation practice group where she counsels clients on excessive fee cases, 401(k) pension plan litigation, ESOP litigation, and benefits denial claims.
Prior to joining Groom, Kathryn was an associate at an AmLaw 10 firm. She represented clients in litigation, internal investigations, and arbitrations concerning a wide range of causes of action, including business torts, antitrust, judgement enforcement, and collection issues. She routinely led teams of attorneys in discovery and in settings ranging from jury trials, motion practice, and numerous hearings.
As a law student, Kathryn was a research assistant for a faculty member who was preparing a treatise, as well as clerking for California Senator Dianne Feinstein as Ranking Member of the Senate Judiciary Committee and interning for the Honorable Beverly Reid O’Connell in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
